Your information

Privacy notice.

This notice covers the Big Packaging website and its quote enquiry form.

Enquiries

When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, any business name or phone number you provide, and your packaging brief. We use these details to respond, prepare a quote and manage the enquiry in our company admin hub. Please only include information relevant to your project.

Website information

We record basic page visits and referring website or campaign information to understand how people find our packaging. We do not send contact details or full URL query strings with page-view records. The website uses session storage to remember the source of your first visit during a browsing session and attach it to an enquiry.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in our hosted database and are available to authorised staff handling customer enquiries. Our hosting and database providers process this information to operate the website. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Your choices

To ask about information held about your enquiry, request a correction or ask for deletion, contact hello@bigpackaging.co.uk. We may need to retain information connected with orders or accounting obligations.

Other websites

Our specialist websites have their own forms and website notices. Follow the information shown on the website where you submit your details.
